Prices & Payment
Our prices include VAT according to Swedish regulations. All amounts are in Swedish Kronor.
Payment is made with VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or PayPal.
Shipping
Only orders within the EU are accepted. We offer FREE shipping within Sweden. Shipping within the rest of the EU is charged as follows:
Digigraphie® prints: 150 SEK/ print.
If you are interested in buying several prints at the same time, please contact us beforehand to get a lower shipping rate.
All other items: a flat fee of 150 SEK (regardless of the order amount).
At the moment we do not ship Nespresso Cups and Womersley Vinegars outside of Sweden.
Christmas Delivery
Our office will be closed between the 23rd of December and the 8th of January.
Any orders during these dates will be processed the 9th of January.
Returns
Always contact us before a return. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be undamaged and shipped back in the original or equivalent packaging. The customer pays the shipping cost for the return and is responsible for making sure that the goods do not get damaged or lost in the post. The refund is made when the product have been received and the return has been approved by Woo Agentur.
However all Digigraphie® prints are printed on demand, and may not be returned.

We will keep personal information stored in our database. The information will not be shared with third parties.
